Hi, I'm Amberly Biddix.

I founded Biddix Analytical Management Services, LLC (BAMS) because I believe every organization, regardless of size, deserves access to accurate, meaningful data that drives better decisions.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in University Studies with a thematic core in Business Management and Analytical Studies from East Carolina University, along with a Data Analytics Certificate. My passion has always been helping organizations transform complex information into clear, reliable reporting that supports growth, accountability, and long-term success.

After graduating, I welcomed my second son and sought an opportunity that allowed me to continue building my career while remaining close to my family. That opportunity led me to Blue Ridge Healthy Families and Blue Ridge Partnership for Children, where I discovered how powerful quality data can be in supporting organizations that make a real difference in their communities.

During my time there, I developed and managed monthly, quarterly, annual, and accreditation reporting systems, helping ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across programs. My work contributed to Blue Ridge Healthy Families achieving a 100% successful Healthy Families America accreditation review, while also supporting ongoing grant compliance and assisting with multiple grant opportunities.

Those experiences showed me that many small businesses and nonprofit organizations struggle not because they lack data—but because they lack the time, systems, or resources to organize and use it effectively.

That's why I created BAMS.

Today, I continue supporting Blue Ridge Healthy Families while partnering with additional small businesses and nonprofit organizations to organize data, improve reporting processes, strengthen compliance efforts, and provide meaningful insights that help leaders make confident decisions.
